The stated price for the item and the service is the price the buyer must pay. As digital courses with the opportunity to ask questions to the course provider are considered teaching services, the courses are exempt from VAT.
9. Access to course content
Once you have purchased a course through us you have access to the course content and material 1 year from the date of purchase.
10. Newsletter
When you sign up for any of our courses you'll be added to our newsletter list, as long as you confirm your email address in the confirmation email. If you do not confirm your email address we will not send you any newsletters. PS! You can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Money back guarantee period
The money back guarantee period expires 7 days from the date of purchase. The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the money back guarantee before the deadline. The deadline includes all calendar days. The cancellation deadline is considered complied with if notification is sent before the expiry of the deadline. The buyer has the burden of proving that the money back guarantee has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing.
